Lantmätare väntar huspriser att doppa under de kommande månaderna, att fråga ett samtal för säljaren att vara realistiska om rekomenderas priser. Ca 23% fler inspektörer bad i en undersökning av Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Rics) förväntas priserna att falla i stället för att öka under de kommande tre månaderna.
Bradley fann att en liknande andel rapporterade att priserna sjönk i juli. London var det enda området i Förenade kungariket som bucked trenden. Lantmätare sade att prisfall var mest troligt i västra England, East Midlands, och Yorkshire och Humberside.
